Shinku Banner Guide — Before the Dawn Dates, Featured A-Ranks & Resolve Perks

The deadline and unlock requirement

Shinku’s Before the Dawn limited character board runs from the Version 1.2 update on July 8 until July 29, 2026 at 05:59 (UTC+8). It is not available immediately on a fresh account: the official requirement is completing Prologue – A New Destination – Head to Eibon Antique Shop.

Do that story step before the last day. A banner plan is not useful if the board is still locked when the timer expires.

The board’s exclusive S-Class character is Shinku. The published featured A-Class characters are:

  • Mint
  • Edgar
  • Adler

The official announcement also lists the limited S-Class Arc Blushing Mirage during the same window. It is acquired through the Resolve Special Arc Research Program, which uses Tri-Keys or Resolve Keys.

Resolve Perks: check the milestones before you roll

The patch notes list these Before the Dawn Resolve Perks thresholds:

Total rolls Published reward type
50 A listed board cosmetic/livery reward
120 A listed board cosmetic/livery reward
200 A listed board cosmetic/livery reward

The named rewards are the Overcast Canopy glider livery, Hidden Dragon Blizzard-V4 livery, and Shinku’s Student of Terrasea outfit. The notes say they may also be obtained randomly before the listed milestone. Check the live Resolve Perks screen for the exact reward state on your account before deciding whether you are rolling for a character, an Arc, or a cosmetic threshold.

A safe decision checklist

  1. Confirm that the prologue is complete and the board is unlocked.
  2. Decide whether your target is Shinku, a featured A-Class character, the Arc, or a Resolve Perks reward. These are different spending goals.
  3. Inspect the in-game board and Resolve Perks page before the final day; the official notes direct players there for full details.
  4. Do not assume a later banner’s name, kit, or date until NTE publishes it. The Version 1.2 notes only confirm this board’s own schedule.

For the rest of the patch’s time-limited work, use the v1.2 event calendar. For officially published equipment-system information, see the Arc and cartridge guide.
