This yokai-hammer-wielding member of the Dvorak family has one of the most direct main-DPS kits in NTE — no stance switching, no resource juggling, just heavy Cosmos strikes with big multipliers. Icy Veins and Prydwen both rate her T0, and the community broadly agrees she is the best “free” damage dealer you can pull from the standard banner. New players who win Chiz early have a genuinely meta-viable carry from day one.
