This gadget-throwing inventor deploys devices that boost your entire team’s ATK, and her Harmony stacks detonate into AoE bursts that add real damage to her rotation. The reason tier lists fight about her — GameWith rates her SS while Game8 EN says B — is that her value scales with your roster: if you run Chaos-element carries, Haniel is genuinely best-in-slot. For everyone else, she remains an excellent, easy-to-build buffer who costs a fraction of the resources an S-Rank does.
