Fighting with an umbrella that conceals a katana, she opens a time-stasis field that suspends enemies, amplifies all damage your team deals, and layers debuffs on top. Unlike pure supports, Hotori also carries a genuine burst of her own — snapshot her buffs, swap to your main damage dealer, and watch the numbers multiply. She is a unanimous SS-tier pick and the single most valuable support unit in the current meta.
