Jiuyuan is the game’s signature ice mage — a ranged caster who keeps enemies at a distance with icicle volleys while controlling the battlefield with walls of ice and slowing fields. Her ultimate freezes everything in a wide area, one of the most reliable hard-cc tools available. Tier lists consistently place her in S tier (Beebom even rates her SS), and her combination of range, control, and burst makes her the safest ranged damage dealer in the game. If you struggle with close-range brawlers, Jiuyuan is the answer.
