Cosmos Hypercarry — Shinku + Hotori + Iroi, the 'Version Answer'

Best for: Highest-damage endgame content, 999 Nights deep floors, boss speedruns

The team

Slot Character Role Why
Carry Shinku Damage v1.2 limited fist-fighter. Dual energy bars unlock burst windows that out-damage nearly everything.
Support Hotori Buff SS-tier amplifier. Time-stasis field freezes enemies and snapshots team-wide damage amplification.
Survival Iroi Survival First limited S-Rank healer. Dream lambs intercept hits, invulnerability windows, AoE heal + revive.

Chinese-server players call this composition the 版本答案 — the definitive answer of the patch — and Western testing agrees. Three limited S-Ranks, each the best in their role, with zero redundancy: Shinku deals the damage, Hotori multiplies it, Iroi guarantees you survive to deal it.

How to play it

Open with Hotori’s stasis field — enemies freeze, amplification snapshots, debuffs land. Swap to Shinku and burn both energy bars inside the window: her dash executions close every gap and her burst scaling is absurd under Hotori’s buff. When the window ends and the boss starts swinging back, Iroi’s lambs intercept the counter-pressure while her invulnerability windows cover Shinku’s recovery.

The team’s only weakness is cost: all three are limited units who must be pulled on their banners. If you’re choosing between them, the priority order is Iroi first (universal value), then Hotori (fits every team), then Shinku (the payoff).

Budget alternative

Shinku + Haniel + Edgar keeps the carry and swaps the limited supports for standard-banner units — roughly 70% of the ceiling at a fraction of the cost.
